Some dreams stay with you long before you know exactly what to do with them.

We’re Stella and Mae, two sisters who have shared the same passion for as long as we can remember: fashion. We could spend hours together talking about clothes, colors, and styles. But more than anything, we loved that special feeling the right outfit can give you — the feeling of looking in the mirror and loving what you see, without having to be anyone other than yourself.

As the years passed, one dream grew with us: one day, we would open our own boutique together. A place that wouldn’t simply be about clothing, but about the women wearing it.

Because as we grew older, we began to notice something. For women in their forties, fifties, and beyond, finding clothing that feels stylish and feminine while still being comfortable and easy to wear seemed to become harder and harder.

And that stayed with us.

We believe style has no age. Every woman deserves to look in the mirror and think, yes, this is me.

So we decided to stop simply talking about our dream and finally make it a reality — together.

And that is how Stella & Mae New York was born.

Our boutique carries a little piece of both of us. We choose every collection with the same care and excitement we had when we used to pick out clothes together — always thinking about the woman who will eventually wear them.

And when you find something here that makes you feel beautiful, confident, and completely yourself, it means more to us than simply receiving another order.

It means our dream has become exactly what we always hoped it would be.
